· Our menu is very extensive. So we just can show a small choice of our dishes.

- Mosse de paté of iberian pork with onion confiture
- Deep fried hearts of artichokes
- Chickensalad “ Hawaii “ with exotic fruits in pineapple
- Alsatian snails in garlic butter
- French Foie Gras of duck perfumed with Calvados and Black truffles
- Gratinated goat–cheese in roses of smoked salmon
- Prawns cocktail “ Tropical “ in pineaple
- Carpaccio of tender fillet with ruccula, parmesan cheese and balsamico sauce
- Smoked salmon with horseraddis sauce
- Indian Chicken – curry soup “ Mulligatawny “
- Cream of langostino soup with cognac
- Salad “ Tropical “ with exotic fruits
- Salad “ El Patiio “ with avoado, prawns and three dressings
- Salad “ Pili “ with raspberries, grapes, nuts, raisins and gratinated goat cheese.
